Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://lawncareorleans.ca constitutes acceptance of these Terms. JSL Lawn Care Inc reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Commercial Snow Removal, Lawn Care, Core Aeration, Dethatching, Fall Cleanup, Grass Cutting, Lawn Mowing, Lawn Seeding provided by JSL Lawn Care Inc. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to JSL Lawn Care Inc and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. JSL Lawn Care Inc reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JSL Lawn Care Inc makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSL Lawn Care Inc's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid JSL Lawn Care Inc in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JSL Lawn Care Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. ON law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of ON, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. JSL Lawn Care Inc may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
